JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

We, ROMINA S. DISONGLO and MA. VANESSA I. VIVO, of legal ages,

Filipinos, and with residences at Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Biñan City, Laguna,
respectively, after being sworn in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we personally know Marilou Erispe Mercado, or also known as

MARILOU CARIAGA ERISPE, who was born on 29 July 1968 at Biñan, Laguna;

2. That the persons named Marilou Erispe Mercado and Marilou Cariaga
Erispe are one and the same person, who is Marilou Cariaga Erispe;

3. That we are not in any way related to the said person nor interested in any
matter which this affidavit will be utilized; and

4. That we hereby attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal intents and purposes that it may serve.
