Re: DEMAND LETTER FOR PAYMENT

Dear Ms. Pagkatotohan:

I am writing this letter on behalf of my client, MONTESSA L. CUICO (Ms. Cuico) in

relation to your non-payment of your monetary obligation.

Records show that you have an outstanding obligation with Ms. Cuico in the amount of
TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P25,000.00), and an interest of THREE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P3,750.00). Hence, the total amount of
your monetary obligation as of this writing is TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P28,750.00).

Despite repeated lawful demands, you failed and continuously fail to pay the aforesaid
amount of your monetary obligation which interest continuously accrues.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of
P28,750.00 within FIVE (5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be
constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect my client’s interest.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid
expense and inconvenience of litigation. Thank you.
