RE: FINAL DEMAND

Dear Ms. Quiza

We are writing to you in connection with the amount of Six Thousand Pesos (P 6,000.00) which your
recruitment agency JVR Placement Company Inc. received thru GCash Account No. 09152404376, registered under
the name Annelyn Quiza1 as work slot reservation fee2 in favor of the undersigned Aubrey C. Thia and Ericka Amor
G. Buergo.

After due payment of the reservation fee, you responded through a text message3 using the number
09152404376 that you will give an update regarding the next procedure, thus:

“We will update u thru txt n email tom, we already reserved u Two slots for d 1st
20 applicants for April-May 2021 deployment tnx God bless”

To date, we have not received any update from you, worse you did not even bother to answer our queries
for several weeks now regarding our work application. We fully trusted you with our money, believing that you will
help us land a job overseas, but now we are more concerned with demanding a refund of the reservation fee4 that we
sent you because the purpose for which said money was sent was not fulfilled.

This is a notice of final demand. We are respectfully requesting you to give us any update, through our
contact numbers written below, regarding our work application within three days from receipt of this letter by
work@jvrplacement.info, and upon notice through 09152404376. Otherwise, refund to us the above-mentioned
reservation fee, in full, on or before December 18, 2020.

We trust that you will give this matter your utmost attention. We will not hesitate to file any civil action or
criminal prosecution for Estafa, among others, against you, to protect our interest. We will also coordinate this matter
with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for their proper and immediate action.
