DEMAND LETTER

Dear Ma’am,

We, Malou V. Bendejo and Jorin C. Lok, are writing this demand letter for the
money you owe from us amounting P280,000 plus the agreed 10% bank interest.

If full payment is not received within ten (10) days from the date of this letter, we
will add an additional 10 percent (total of 20%) for the bank interest, which you are
already aware of, and legal proceedings will commence, and this letter will be tendered in
court as evidence of your failure to attempt to resolve this matter. Should this be the case,
you may be liable for any court costs, lawer’s fees and damages, including punitive
damages.
