Re: FINAL DEMAND TO PAY

Dear Ms. Doe,

I write in behalf of my client to demand payment in the amount of THREE

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱300,000.00) representing the latest
outstanding balance of your debt owed to her.

My client communicated with you several times thru phone calls, text and
chat messages demanding payment of your obligation however you refused
to settle the same.

In view of thereof, final demand is hereby made upon you to pay the
amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱300,000.00) with
legal interest and 25% attorney’s fees within three (03) days from receipt of
this letter.

Failure to heed this valid and lawful demand will leave us no other
alternative but to commence a civil action against you for Collection of Sum
of Money for failure to settle your debt. We shall also hold you liable for
damages, interests and costs aside from the attorney’s fees,
embarrassment, and humiliation attendant to any court litigation.
