JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, FREDDIE D. TRINIDAD and ZENAIDA D. METCHOR, both of legal age,

Filipino, married, and residents of Bolton Isla, Davao City, Philippines after having
been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. We personally know the person of ALNIE SALDIVAR JAGDON, born on

September 26, 1975 in Bolton-Rizal Street, Davao City of the spouses
FULGENCIO JAGDON and ZOSIMA SALDIVAR;

2. We know the fact that when ALNIE SALDIVAR JAGDON undergone training
in one of the Agency in Manila and upon her entry to JAPAN, she used the name
A.K.A. “MARIA LUISA LAVIÑA JAGDON”;

3. We also know the fact that she was working in one of the entertainment
company in JAPAN, and during her employment in the said company, she left
her work without permission to her supervisor. Thereafter, she then worked in a
household using her true name “ALNIE SALDIVAR JAGDON”;

4. We attest the fact that MARIA LUISA LAVIÑA JAGDON and ALNIE
SALDIVAR JAGDON refers to one and the same person;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and in
order to apprise the concerned authorities that MARIA LUISA LAVIÑA
JAGDON and ALNIE SALDIVAR JAGDON refers to one and the same person.
