SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, SUMANDAY S. SINGUI, HARRY G. SINGUI, HAYWARD G. SINGUI, HOMER G. SINGUI, and
HAROLD G. SINGUI, of all in legal age, Filipino and all resident of Blk.3 Lot.49 Daang Bakal St. Burgos
Montalban Rizal do hereby name, constitute, and appoint, GENALYN GUANLAO DOMANTAY, of
legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of #6 Alfonso Apt. Purok 2 Brgy. San Roque Guagua
Pampanga to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, places, and stead,
to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To receive the check due to me/us to Pagibig Fund (Home Development Mutual Fund)
for the Excess Payment Refund of Jesusa Guanlao Singui under DBP check # 0036152250
2. To process transact, withdraw and En-cash the check due to me/us pertaining to the MRI
settlement for the account of JESUSA GUANLAO SINGUI under Pagibig Fund Excess Payment
Refund application under DBP check # 0036152250 amounting to P115,448.36 (One hundred
Fifteen Thousand four hundred forty-eight and 36/100 pesos only to any Development Bank of
the Philippines Branch.

3. To represent and transfer official business with the Office of the Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s
Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue and other agencies in connection with the cancellation of
mortgage and transfer of title
4. To process, make, transact, receive and submit all documents needed in connection with the
cancellation of mortgage and transfer of Title of the property located at Blk.1 Lot.53 Doña Maria
Subdivision, Municipality of Montalban Province of Rizal under Transfer Certificate of Title No.
372897 in the Registrar of Deeds;

a. To pay and process all the payments necessary;

b. To submit, claim and receive documents / TCT in our behalf from the Registrar of Deeds,
Agencies such as the City Assessors Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Lands and
other government or private agencies;

c. To process, sign and / or to execute such papers or documents as may be necessary to serve
the purposes;

d. To sign, submit and receive all other pertinent documents regarding the same; and, to do such
acts and deeds necessary to carry out the foregoing authority or power herein conferred.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and/or necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as WE might or could lawfully do if personally present, HEREBY RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
