VILL. BAGO GALLER,A DAVAO CITY, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint , LOURDES B. ANDRADE, of legal age,
married ,with residence and postal address at B2 L11 ROSALINA VILL. BAGO GALLERA , DAVAO CITY, to be my/our true
and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me/us, in my/our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers,
to wit:

1. To transact with the 8990 HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORP. / HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND-PAG-
IBIG, regarding the acquisition of a residential lot with a house therein, in whatever manner most convenient to
me/us;

2. To execute and sign any other documents/instruments in my/our behalf including the submission of all necessary
papers and documents relevant to the said transaction;

3. To sign any and all documents necessary to transact with public utility companies like Davao Light Power Company
,Davao City Water District, Skycable, Cignal and other related facilities;

4. To act as my representative and agent , with full authority to transact and deal with the City Treasurer`s Office,
Bureau of Internal Revenue and Register of Deeds, and other concerned authorities in connection with the above
mentioned purpose;

5. To pay and claim construction bond and refund.

6. To mortgage the property located in Blk _____ Lot_____,___________________________ Davao City with TCT
No.____________.

7. To claim original title and any other documents.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my/our said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full powers and authority as full to all
intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and hereby ratifying
and conforming all that my/our said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his/her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
