I, ANNA ALEXANDRA YSABEL TIONGCO DELGADO, Proprietor of Freelance

Voice Talent, Digital Marketing Manager and Insurance Agent, of legal age, Filipino and
with office address at 1504 East Tower, Tektite Towers PSE Centre, Ortigas Center, San Antonio
Pasig City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint RICARDO B. OLIVAR, likewise of legal
age, Filipino with the same residence address to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts;

To transact and process with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in connection with
my business 7499 OTHER BUSINESS ACTIVITIES, and INSURANCE AGENT:

Submit all documents needed and process the same;

To secure all necessary documents when needed;

To get C.O.R and Authority to Print and Non-VAT Official Receipt;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto me said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could do if
personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall

lawfully do and cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
