JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LOW INCOME

We, MAGGIELINDY P. DEL ROSARIO and WILFREDO

CLARION DEL ROSARIO, both of legal age, Filipinos and are
residents of Brgy. Poblacion, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur Philippines,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We are the legitimate parents of MARIA FE DEL

ROSARIO, who is planning to enroll at COR JESU COLLEGE OF
DIGOS, Digos City, Davao del Sur;

2.  As a Barangay Health Worker and a farmer, we are low

income earners;

3.  Our income is so meager and only enough to cover our

daily needs;  

 We executed this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the

above and in support to our daughter's enrollment and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve best.

Further affiant sayeth naught.
