Dear Ms. Taylor,

I am Christopher Romero Dimaguila writing this letter in connection with your obligation
to pay your outstanding balance which is already overdue and demandable.

You have been previously advised and notified repeatedly to settle your obligation. But
sad to say, the same turned futile in as much as you refused to pay the principal amount
and the corresponding interest.

Based on records, you have failed to pay the outstanding liability amounting to ONE MILLION
FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,500,000.00.) Philippine Currency, inclusive of
interest, which amount represent the diamond necklace and pulcera,
a summary of promissory note which is herein attached. Please take note that the account has
already been long outstanding and is now seriously past due.

In view of the foregoing, therefore, DEMAND is hereby made to pay the total sum
of (Php 1,500,000.00) Pesos, inclusive of 20% interest and Attorney’s fees based on the
above-stated amount, within three (3) days from the date of this letter.
Should you fail to comply within the period given, we shall then be constrained to
proceed to the enforcement of appropriate action.
