3rd and Final Demand Notice

Dear Ms. Taylor,

This letter serve as a formal notice to you that you are in default of your obligation which was
due on March 07,2024.

Your unpaid debt of your principal obligation -----Php 1,500,000.00 and an interest of Php
300,000.00 you obtain on March 07, 2024, is now overdue and you have failed to repay the same
despite repeated requests.

Accordingly, a FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle your indebtedness within
three (3) days from the date of this letter. Otherwise I will be constrained to file the necessary
legal action against you and exercise whatever rights and remedies I haver under the law.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the expense
and inconvenience of litigation.
