Re: Demand to Pay Php 50,000.00

Dear Mr. Cruzada:

We write to you in behalf of our client, Mr. Bradford Santiago, regarding the unpaid
loan of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) you obtained from our client.

We have been informed that you refuse to pay despite receiving the demand letter sent
by our client.

Upon considering the dishonor of the post-dated check, BDO Check No. 29384747586,
and your refusal to pay despite receipt of a demand letter, you stand in violation of Batas
Pambansa blg. 22 or “AN ACT PENALIZING THE MAKING OR DRAWING AND
ISSUANCE OF A CHECK WITHOUT SUFFICIENT FUNDS OR CREDIT AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES”.

Accordingly, a FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to pay the

aforementioned amount as soon as possible upon receipt of this letter. Otherwise, our
client will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you in order to protect
his interest.

We trust that you will take this matter seriously in order to avoid the expense and
inconvenience of litigation.
