DEMAND LETTER
Ma’am:
This letter is in connection with your obligation to my client,
FORT DEFENDER SECURITY AGENCY which is already due and
demandable. It is worth recalling that you incurred a total outstanding
obligation of FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED PESOS (P411,600.00) for the security services rendered for
the period of 01 October – 31 December 2023.

You have been previously advised and notified by my client to

settle your obligation. But sad to say, the same turned futile in as much as
you refused to pay the said amount.

Just recently, my client made another demand urging you to settle

the aforementioned obligation but you still continuously failed to do so.
Moreover, to avoid the inconvenience, expenses and embarrassment of
litigation, you are hereby demanded to settle your obligation. Otherwise,
you will be proceeded with accordingly.

You are given ten (10) days from receipt of this letter to settle your
obligation with my client. This letter will serve as the last demand; and,
failure on your part to make any settlement will leave us with no other
recourse but to lodge the necessary civil or criminal complaint.

Thank you and hoping for your immediate response regarding this
matter.
