Dear Ms. Ching:

Good day.

I write in behalf of my client, IMELDA D. SALVE, who referred to our office

for legal action the matter regarding your refusal to pay regarding your unpaid
monetary obligation in the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00).

The above unpaid obligation represents your supposed payment for the
reimbursement of the cancelled fare to the United States of America wherein my
client paid for in advance.

Thus, the undersigned hereby demands from you to comply your obligation
within ten (10) days from receipt of this demand, otherwise we will be filing a case
against you in Court to pursue the claim of my client.
