RENOVATION REQUIREMENTS

Minor Renovation includes the following:

1. Wall paper installation;


2. Interior repainting;
3. Replacement of existing baseboard and installation of cornice;
4. Carpentry works (cabinets, drawers, shelves, etc.);
5. Glass works (shower enclosure, walls, ceiling, doors, etc., but excluding
windows);

Major Renovation includes the following:

1. Installation of wood paneling instead of wallpaper;


2. Drop ceiling;
3. Extension of electrical lines (additional outlets, etc.);

***Increase of electrical load - usually for the installation of special appliances with ratings that
is higher than what is specified for the unit;

4. Minor demolition works (gypsum/ficem board partitions, etc.);


5. Replacement of existing flooring of any unit area, etc;
6. Tiles replacement of the Bathroom and Utility Area; and
7. Minor Renovations that cost more than ₱100,000.00.

Requirements:

1. Settlement of all outstanding balance and other fees


2. Move in clearance from AMD (accounts management department)
3. Copy of Proof of Ownership (MIC, DOAS, CCT or Acceptance Receipt)
4. Letter of intent
5. Scope of works
6. Line diagram and load schedule (electrical)
7. Three (3) sets Renovation plans (A3)
8. Building Permit (for major renovation only)
9. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance
10. 1x1 ID and Workers ID application along with NBI Clearance or Barangay Clearance or Police
Clearance. Php 100.00 per ID
11. COVID-19 Test:
a. Alert Level 1 and 2 – Latest Medical Certificate from LGU
b. Alert Level 3 to 5 – Latest RT-PCR or Antigen Test
***RT-PCR or Antigen Test must be renewed after 14 days from the date of the result
13. Construction Bond and Other Fees

MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS

• Move-In Clearance
• Acceptance and acknowledgement receipt of the Condominium House Rules
• Copy of Contract to Buy and Sell or Deed of Absolute Sale for Owners
• Copy of Condominium Certificate of Title or endorsement from developer of the Property
Management Office (owner)
• Official receipts or acknowledgement receipt of payments of all assessments fees and other
amounts owed to the association
• Copy of Lease Contract (tenant)
• Crime Free Lease Addendum (tenant)
• Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR) for Foreign Tenants
• Copy of Two (2) valid government IDs
• Resident information sheet
• Approved gate pass for delivery of items
• House helper/ Driver ID application form (if applicable)
• House helper’s gate pass
• Utility activation and initial reading form
• Vehicle registration form (if needed)
• Pet registration form (if needed
