NOTE:
1. All hard copy PDF drawings should be presented in A3 with the existing situation, side by side with the proposed arrangement;
2. All areas of proposed works should be highlighted in red cloud; and
3. All dimensions should be easily read within the drawings.
4. No alterations can commence without NOC from Meraas, permits from authorities (if applicable) relevant insurances and permit to work.

Application submissions for in-unit alteration should be submitted to the relevant Meraas Community Management office location. All
submissions should be inclusive of all required documentation and be supplied as:

1 x bound hard copy of all documentation with this application form at the front
1 x soft copy on CD or flash disk. All files should be named appropriately
