Location: Skopje, Macedonia

Clean Air Division supplies one third of all catalysts fitted to cars around the world
and is a leading producer of catalysts for trucks and buses too. We use our
scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in
reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet
legislative requirements globally.

We are now seeking Mechanical Engineer to join Process Engineering team in our
site in Skopje and will be responsible to organise and design tooling, develop and
manage design projects for Production Lines. Develop CNC programs for milling
and metal cleaning machines and develop tooling qualifications documentation.
Also participate in the development of the Manufacturing process control
documentation.

Key responsibilities:
Designing tooling for production line.
Identifying, qualification and managing new tooling and equipment vendors.
Organising tooling in production area
Developing design requirement for equipment and tooling.
Developing and maintaining tooling drawings and Tooling Qualification
documentation.
Designing prototypes of parts for production line.
Initiating and managing projects in production area in order to reduce Scrap
and improve Cycle Time, Attainment and Efficiency.
Developing programs for CNC milling and CNC metal cleaning machines.

Developing 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and/or another CAD

(Computer-Aided Design) software
Verify and approve 3D models and 2D drawings developed by other JM
employees, contractors and/or vendors
Coordinate the acquisition process of tooling and equipment
Verify and approve CNC programs for milling and metal cleaning machines
with use of CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) Software
Participation in the NPI/APQP process regarding tooling and line equipment
Preparing Monthly Reports for key KPIs for tooling (Tooling Projects, Tooling
Downtime, Tooling Production (RFT), CNC Savings)
To take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities
whenever reasonably instructed.

Are you the ideal candidate?

Mechanical or relevant technical education background
At least 2 years relevant experience
Good written, verbal communication in Macedonian and English
Excellent communication and collaborative skills (ability to collaborate with a
multi-department team)
Flexibility and adjusting to site needs, goals and objectives

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
