They decide as to when SAP Application License to be purchased from SAP Company
They decide on how many USER Licenses to be purchased from SAP.
1. They decide on how many SERVERS to be purchased.
And they will also decide as to where these servers to be purchased and which BRAND.
Server will be manufactured by HCL/IBM/HP/SunMic/Dell…

SERVER ENVIRONMENT:
"Here they will decide in which location (Which office of the client) these servers to be place
they will also decide on VPN Connectivity.
VPN: Virtual Private Network. This network will help the users to connect with the SEVERS
which are kept far away from them….
CORE USER ALSO USE VPN.
Generally, the approximate team size for domestic Clients is 15 to 20 Consultants.
Domestic Client: Any company having operations in only ONE Country.
Among 20 consultants there can be 4 SD Consultants on an average.
Domestic Client implementation will take around 6 to 9 months
If it is an MNC company implementation they the project may have consultants
anywhere between 50 to 80 members.
Among these 80 consultants SD Consultants may be around 16 members
MNC Client implementation will take around 12 to 18 months

Before a week or 2 weeks of Implementation Project Starting Date: 10th Feb

2020, Implementation partner will conduct a meeting which we will call as KICK
OFF Meeting.
Kick off meeting on 01st Feb 2020

For kick off meeting Implementation partner will invite all employees
(Consultants, Leads and Managers etc.,) who are going to involve in this Project
1. They will give introduction about Client Business (DSM)
2. They will discuss about rules and regulations of the client (DSM)
3. Roles and Responsibilities of each consultant
SD Consultant1: Enterprise structure/Pricing
SD Con 2: Credit Management/Sales Document
SD Con 3: Should take care of business processes Third party/IPO / STO etc.
