This is for your kind information that I have completed 2 years of continuous service in this school on
10.01.2021. As per WBBSE rule, my medical fitness test completed on 13.02.2021 and police
verification have been done with VR no. Vr117/S dated 14.02.2022.

02.07.2022 (Saturday) as my husband Shri Souvik Das tested covid-19 positive and the same was
intimated to you through e-mail on 27.06.2022. After completion of the quarantine leave, I have
joined my regular duty on 04.07.2022 (Monday).
