Answer the following questions (essay)

1. For your own understanding, what is the difference between EXERCISE, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
AND FITNESS?

Physical activity is movement that is carried out by the skeletal muscles that requires energy. Exercise,
however, is planned, structured, repetitive and intentional movement intended to improve or maintain physical
fitness. And Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy and involves attributes that include, but
are not limited to mental acuity, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body
composition, and flexibility.

2. Why training is important in exercise?

Training is extremely important and should form an integral part of all elite athlete’s daily routines. Training
allows the body to gradually build up strength and endurance, improve skill levels and build motivation,
ambition and confidence. Training also allows athletes to gain more knowledge of their sport as well as
enabling them to learn about the importance of having a healthy mind and body. In terms of physical effects of
training.

3. How would you describe your experience in training exercise in past 3 weeks?

It helped me a lot to exercise because I felt lighter and my legs got smaller. I knew in myself that I was healthy
in twins. I exercised because all the sweat came out of my body and my muscles and bones stretched well.
