Project Design engineer 
Experience ins 400/KV 300/KV Substation Design & Package Type Substation Design. 
Roles & Responsibilities shall be: 
‐ Detailed  Engineering of Electrical Substations including Design/ Layout of Substation Building and 
Equipment, Floor opening, Earthing, Cable Trays, Lighting, & Small power Systems etc.  
‐ Vendor drawing reviews of 400KV GIS, 132KV GIS, 300MVA, 400/132/33 KV Power Transformer, 
45MVAR shunt Reactor, Fire Fighting System, Cablese etc.  
‐ Calculation for Cables, Earthing, Lighting, Cable Try, DC UPS & Heat Load Calculation etc.  
‐ Power & Control Cable Schedule. 
‐ Experience in Tender estimation 
‐ Experience in using ETAP software 
‐ Coordination with site team 

2. Erection Engineer for substation project 
Shall have experience in installation of indoor Gas insulated Switchgear substation Projects with 
exposure of 132KV to 400 KV voltage level. Responsible to supervise all the activities at 
Substation as per Client’s requirement, in concern to complying project task with quality and 
under required safety measures.  
 
To coordinate with various Sub‐contractors like civil, Fire‐fighting & HAVC works and to resolve 
arising site issues. 
Shall have good communication skill and knowledge to review all construction drawings, 
interfacing layouts and all other necessary drawings required for execution of works.   
 
Familiar to review BOMs, Quality plans and to maintain documentation like daily reports, 
preparation of work schedule, manpower record, materials requisition etc. 

3. Quality Supervisor 
§ Should have worked in oil sector projects 
§ Customer experience management 
§ Oversee Quality management system 
§ Reports on Quality Metrics 
§ Identity safe working environment protocols 
§ Knowledge in carrying out substation electrical inspections 
§ Preparation and issuing of inspection of quality documents as per client requirements  
§ Knowledge in substations IEC standards 
§ Knowledge in materials and equipment inspection 
§ Should have knowledge about computer system. 

 
4. Supervisor 
• Experience in Maintenance of 132KV, 33KV & 11KV circuit breakers. (GCB, VCV, MOCB). 
• Experience in reading substation schematic drawings 
• Experience is testing and troubleshooting of circuit breakers 
• Safety awareness to work in LIVE substations 
• Speak, read and write English language 

5. Electrician 
• Experience in maintenance of 132KV, 33 KV, 11 KV, 20KV, 6.6KV Switchgear and Circuit 
breakers 
• Experience in control cable wiring & termination 
• Safety awareness to work in LIVE substations 
• Speak, read, and write English language 

6. Safety Engineer for primary substations 
• Provide health and safety measures in working environment 
• Identify and evaluate the unsafe environment practices 
• Identity the root causes of safety and industrial hygiene 
• Develop hazard control processes, methods and programs 
• Recommend solutions to issues that need improvement 
• Monitor implementation of safety plans per plans and objectives  
• Monitor and track safety systems by using computer systems and spreadsheets 
• Maintain and manage equipment and processes related to each project of health and safety 
• Suggest several preventive methods and practices like recycling, waste disposal, pollution 
control, etc. 
• Preparing documentation related to audit etc. 

7.  Safety Engineer for Oil sector 
§ With minimum 5 years’ experience as HSE personnel in the relevant filed, which includes 
minimum two (2) years’ experience in Oil and Gas industries. 
§ Must have successfully completed one or more certified HSE course(s) in any category of 
training in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environment management, industrial 
Hygiene, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global 
Safety Management or equivalent courses, as appropriate to the designation. 

 
8. Safety Officer for Primary Substation  
§ Provide health and safety measures in working environment 
§ Identify and evaluate the unsafe environment and practices  
§ Identify the root causes of safety and industrial hygiene 
§ Develop hazard control processes, methods and programs 
§ Recommend solutions to issues that need improvement

9. Safety Officer for Oil Sector 
§ Bachelor’s Degree in any other discipline from a recognized and reputed university (regular 
course) with an IOSH or NEBOSH Certification from a recognized and reputed institute, with 
minimum five (5) years’ experience as HSE personnel in the relevant filed.  
§ Successfully passed High School with an IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate from a recognized and 
reputed institute, with minimum ten (10) years’ experience, including (7) years as HSE personnel 
in the relevant filed.  
§ Must have successfully completed one or more certified HSE course(s) in any category of 
training in General Industrial Safety , construction Safety, Environmental Management, 
Industrial Hygiene, IOS 14001 / OSHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSE certificate in 
Global Safety Management. 

10. Heavy  Driver  
• Understand, speak English / Arabic language 
• Should be able to drive Bus, Half Lorry, Coaster, Mini Bus and Pickup. 

11. Protection Maintenance Engineer 
§ Experience in maintenance of protective equipment’s involved in EHV, HV and LV substations. 
He should have theoretical and practical know how of all types of protection relays including 
distance protection relays in the substations including testing. He should be able to test and 
maintain battery charger and electronic circuitry. 

12. Site maintenance Engineer 
§ Experience in Maintenance of EHV, HV and LV equipment’s in the substations. 
§ Will be responsible for execution of whole works at site. 
§ Shall be fully aware of the safety procedures during maintenance.  
§ Must have experience of Substation maintenance up to the level of 400KV 
§ Should have good knowledge of maintenance of SF6 GIS, Power transformers, Batteries etc. 
13. Planning engineer for Primary Substation & Transmission 
Projects.  
§ Must conversant with project management software like Primavera, MS Projects etc.  
§ Basic Responsibilities are: 
• To establish baseline schedule for the project 
• Preparation of monthly progress report, maintain and updating work schedule, monitoring/ 
tracking project progress and preparation of incident reports, insurance claims etc.  
• Preparation of cash flow statements 
• Initiation and tracking of Pos and communication with Vendors, whenever required. 
• Reconciliation of materials  
• Preparation of ISO documents related to quality management system
