Part – II (Typing Speed Test)
Directions for Mock Test

In reference to the RSSB notification F8(39)RSSB/Exam/IA/

F8(39)RSSB/Exam/IA/2018/620
2018/620 dated 12/09/2018, the Mock Test is
available on Board Website. Only those candidates who are declared provisionally qualified in the result of
Exam Part – I (Written Test) will be able to take this mock test.
Following procedure will be required to adopt, to start the mock test of Exam Part – II (Typing Speed Test) :-

1. Download the practice test zip from the following link:

2. Download the font DevLys010 from practi
practice test zip folder.
3. Install the font in machine : Start
Start->Control Pannel->Appearance
>Appearance & Personalization->fonts
Personalization
4. Run the Typing test exe from Practice Test->Typing6.6->Typing.exe
5. Your Part – I exam roll number will be your login and your date of birth will be the pass word.
Please go through the document IA 2018: Instructions For Typing Test of Informatics Assistant 2018
available on board website and start the Mock Test
Test.
6. Enter your Roll no & Date of birth as password in DDMMYYYY format in login screen.(e.g. 10 June
1988 entered as 10061988)

7. Once you enter the Roll Number and Date of Birth and click on Login button you will see below shown
Candidate’s Profile screen.

8. Candidate has to confirm his details first then click on next button. If the details on the displayed
screen are different then candidate has to inform the invigilator for the same & exit the test. After
clicking on next button following screen will be displayed.

9. Candidate has to click on “Hindi Typing Test: Start Exam” button. Followin
Followingg instruction page screen
will be displayed. Candidate has to click on “I have read instructions” check box then click on “Start
Exam” button to start the test.

10. If DevLys010 font is installed on your machine you will be able to read the above screen Hindi
instructions otherwise first you have to follow the step number 1 & 2 respectively.

11. Once you click on “Start Exam” button your Hindi Typing test will be started as shown in above screen.
12. Similarly, English Typing test will be done.
