This structure called Potala Palace is located at Lhasa,

Tibet and was built in 1645. It is also one of the dzong


fortress meaning a type of monastery architecture
mainly found in Bhutan and Tibet. And Fun fact about
this Potala Palace is that it is the highest Palace in the
world locating 12, 139 feet above sea level. This
1300-year-old structure was built as a gesture of love
by King Gambo for his marriage to Princess
Wencheng of The Chinese Tang Dynasty.

Gyantse Dzong is loacted at Gyantse Ancient


City, in Shigatse and was built way back in 1390.
This is also one of the preserved dzongs found in
Tibet. Locally known as Hero City as it served to
guard the southern part of Tsangpo Valley and
Lhasa during the expedition of Britain.

Nanni Temple is located at Kangmar County,


Xigaze District and was built way back 7th
Century so that was aroung 1600s. This temple
was built during the Tubo Dynasty garnering
thousands of monks in the monastery. So just
like the battle in Mactan they were saved by a
monk slashing the leader of Bristish Army.

Kamaduo Towers is located at Leiwuqi, China.


According to the legend there used to be a
hundred and 8 towers and behind the scripture
wall stands the mani pile containing mantras and
buddha images.
