1) Overview

i) Proposed Title

Tour and travel management system is used to book a tour from anywhere in the world by a
single dynamic website which will help the user to know all about the places and tour details in a
single website. Our project will be called as “Pack & Go”.

ii) Problem Description

By the grace of Almighty, our Bangladesh is cover with full of natural views and tourists spots.
But people don’t go to see the beauty of nature of our country just because of they face many
problems during travel. Like, find hotel for stay, restaurant for meal, hospital for emergency,
security reasons, guide etc. and many of them don’t know how to come and enjoy the view or
they want packages. That’s why; tourist does not want to come with their family as expected. So,
we want to develop a tour and travel management system web application where people can find
places in Bangladesh for tour and also able to book hotel, restaurant, get proper guide and
security. Or they can book our offered packages.

iii) Sections

This app will categorize in different sections which are:

 Places (can choose tourist places)

 Map (transportation guideline)
 Accommodation ( hotel for stay)
 Food (for meal)
 Guide (for advantages)
 Security (for secure)
 Hospital (for emergency)
 Vehicle services (for tourists trouble-free)

2) Proposed system with technology

In modern age, the importance of tour and travel management system website is increasing day
by day. User needs a simple interface to choose tourist places for their holidays or vacations.
This website fulfills all the requirements of user and it provides an easy interface to navigate.

This “Pack & Go” website has the following benefits for user or customers or tourists:

 They are easy to use: Our website will be made with easy user interface, that anyone
will able to use our website to find their desire locations or tourist’s places.

 Offline availability: While this benefit is not seen on all website any of them do provide
the option of working offline. Tourists can take a look at saved search list of places, and
then go online to make the purchase or book the packages.

 Hospital information: This benefit is not seen on all website so that we provide this
option. There can be an emergency so that those people who don’t have any idea about
new places so that we will provide the nearest hospital or any Medicare where tourists
can take help and solve their emergency at exact time.

 Security issues: In any case, people can face any problem and they need help for secure,
for that reason we will provide emergency contact in this website to come out from that
situation.

 Restaurant info: There are so many people who love to eat but they don’t know about
the restaurant just because lack of information. So, we will provide the best restaurant
name and required information via the location.

 Payment issue: For any kind of payment people can use their own wallet. It will also
provide the opportunity to choose among payment methods. If they pay by credit card,
don’t make them enter the information for any purchase of booking, but let them add a
card to speed up transactions. Most importantly, we will try adding online payment
systems to our app as possible. BKash, Nogod, Rocket, Paypal are quickly gaining
popularity among avid mobile site user.

3) Work Plan

After receiving approval for our project, we will divide our work as follows:

Phase- 1:
 Identification of source and materials.
 A clear justification for our frontend area and we will work on front end
first.
 A clearly written smart goal for our project.
 A plan on how we achieve our goal.

Phase- 2:
 Identification of learning materials for learning backend.
 We will go through the Frontend project by comparing it with our action
plan.
 A clear justification for our Backend area and we will start work on
backend with respect to our frontend.

Phase- 3:
 Continuation of backend.
 We will check and justify the project according to our plan.
 We will clarify the standard of the project.

Phase- 4:
 Testing, debugging and finalizing report.
 We will start working on our project book.

4) Conclusion

The main objectives of this website to know the package related to the trip and journey with best
facility and current offer. A customer demonstrates that it is extremely complicated to search for
the multiple of the packages as for significant websites, contact, and communication with the
travel agents and more options that exists in it which is a passive method and time-consuming.
This project will assist travellers to recommend the best Travel Package among all the packages
relevant information such as image, hotel facility, Google map facility, transport facility and
description about the places where they want to visit. The tour and travels management system
will be helpful for tourism. And also tourism boosts the revenue of the economy, creates
thousands of jobs, and develops the infrastructure of a country. The number of jobs created by
tourism in many different areas is significant.
