Prepare Bank reconciliation on daily

basis & take an action on open item &
coordinate with the cross functional
teams to get the closure of the open
items.

Pass the prepaid Entry at Month End

for transferring the amount from B/s to
P&L & keep the track of amortization in
Excel with reconciliation with the SAP

Pass various GL to GL entry via T code

FB50 pertains to P&L & B/S.

Prepare the accruals date at Month End

& pass the entry via T Code FB50 & also
keep the track of the same in Excel.

I prepare various activities at month

end pertains to P&L & B/S and also do
the reconciliation.

I also prepare various MIS reports like

Creditors, Debtors, Cost Center Report,
etc as & when required by management.

I have knowledge of Sap Tool and use T-code

like FB50, F-02, FBL3N, and FS10N

Having Good command over Excel including V

lookup, Sum-if, Sum-ifs, Pivot etc.
