Chapter I - INTRODUCTION
Payroll is the sum of all financial records wherein business or companies pay its
employees for work performed during a specific period of time. A payroll system may be
manual or computerized and handle in-house or outsourced to another provider. The payroll
process typically includes calculating employee pay, recording payroll transactions and
software designed to run on a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet computer. Even
though mobile applications have become a way of life in today’s modern world, it is clear
that the majority of the country’s institution have yet adopted high technology. It helps a lot
in such a way that it makes work more progressive and productive. In an increasingly
competitive world, having up-to-date, thorough, and accurate management has become a
must. In this study improved the educational process in several ways, including offering

been approved and now called Julia Ortiz Luis National High School under the supervision of

At present, the school uses a computerized and manual system for the salary slip and
other related reports. They used manually encoding for their monthly individual pay slip and
are causing them difficulty in producing instant process as well as delay in work. It is a labor-
insentive, a time consuming and also a risk because of the pandemic COVID-19 for the
admin and also for the teacher waiting to get their needs.
The researchers wishing and hoping to be a part of this fast and advanced technology
by promoting a website with a support of mobile application with the following features:
payroll system, certificate of non-pendency and other related for loan purposes, auto-

application support will help the employees to have an effective and efficient way for faster
