SUBJECT : Initial Report re COVID-19 Positive of Rizal, Kalinga

DATE : January 18, 2021

1. Be informed that around 6:00 PM of this date, RHU Rizal announced new COVID 19
positive based on swab test result received of the following name person below;

1. Cedric Acosta y Manuel, 8 years old, resident of San Pascual, Rizal, Kalinga
2. Daisy Cabungtan y Sonigea, 21 years old, single, resident of Romualdez,
Rizal, Kalinga.
3. Neriza Orodio y Lacanilao, 64 years old, married, bank manager, resident of
Babalag West, Rizal, Kalinga.
4. Mylene Padios y De Belen, 33 years old, resident of Santor, Rizal, Kalinga.
5. Jessica Pagtud y Kaswang, 14 years old, single, resident of Bulbul, Rizal,
Kalinga.
6. Buena Quiban y Vergara, 63 years old, married and a resident of Macutay,
Rizal, Kalinga.
7. Reuna May Tad-o y Sinnay, 11 years old, student, single and a resident of
Babalag West, Rizal, Kalinga.
8. Lorenzo Tawacnig y Dumay-ong, 62 years old, married, resident of Liwan
West, Rizal, Kalinga.
9. Reginaldo Tallog y Dalupang, 68 years old, resident of Liwan West, Rizal,
Kalinga.
10. Maureen Valdez y Viernes, 27 years old, married and resident of Babalag
East, Rizal, Kalinga.

2. Initial invest shows that two among the subject persons listed above namely Daisy
Cabungtan y Soneaga and Lorenzo Tawacnig y Dumay-ong were among those infected
which previously reported by this office. The duo was subjected for re-swab testing on
January 15 and still on positive status. The others are among the primary close contacts
of persons previously reported infected of COVID 19 virus. Patients now under isolation
at the MIU of Rizal and will be subjected for re swabbing.

4. Contact tracing is on going and progress/development report will follow upon obtain.
