Pressure Calibration

Measure the machine pressure using any conventional tool and compare it
with Neuron reading, If there is any deviation then do the following two steps

Switch Off the machine.

Ensure the pressure is ‘0’ [zero] bar by using any conventional
measurement tool.

Enter zero bar in this menu as “Exact Pr 00.0” and Press Enter key.

Switch on the machine.

Measure the Pressure using conventional measurement tool, Enter this reading
into this menu as eg. “Exact Pr 06.7” and press “Enter” key.

Temperature Calibration

Measure the machine temperature using any conventional

measurement tool and compare it with Neuron reading, if there is

124” and press “Enter” Key.

Pressure schedule

In the pressure schedule menu, the date and time can be set. It is also possible
to program a week schedule containing 32 different pressure settings. Below
an example is given.

e.g.

1 MON 10:00 06.8 B —> [ load: 6.3 bar ]

2 MON 17:00 off

Default pressure variation between Load and Unload pressure is 0.5 bar. Only
Load pressure is settable.

These two Setting will switch on the machine every Monday morning 10 o’clock
and switch off the machine at evening 5 o’clock iff pressure schedule if
enabled.Like wise, Maximum 32 schedules can be programmed in Neuron
controller.
