Corporate Strategy & Planning Assistant
Main tasks:
1. Make strategic planning, long-term goals and develop plans, adjust inaccordance with development orientation.
2. Plan management, implementation and control of the planimplementation of the Department / Department.
3. Set up and administration the structure, position diagram, function,responsibility, and responsibility of positions in
accordance with theAdministration plan.
4. Establish and administer rules, processes, operations.
- Establish and administer database system, performance evaluation indicators (KPI).
- Establish a management information system to provide information to the Board of Directors to plan, organize,
implement and control the production and business process.
5. Apply suitable information technology applications to manage production and business activities.
6. Coordinate with IT department to propose appropriate information technology applications for plan implementation
control.
7. Supporting Departments/member companies to draft and issue processes and regulations in production and business
activities and control compliance throughout the system.
8. Perform other related tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
9. Prepares for meetings/press (documents, rooms, schedule, invitation)for presenting the plans.
- Working directly with client senior management teams, board members and stakeholders throughout all phases of
transaction advisory and execution
- Assist in developing proposals to clients and potential clients for mergers, asset or company divestitures or
acquisitions and related advisory services
- Performing company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
- Draft board memos and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders as part of transactions and
strategic reviews
- Reporting to various areas throughout the firm (e.g. Front Office, Financial Accounting, etc.)
- Liaise with a target company's finance/accounting departments and advisors to gather pertinent accounting support
- Collaborate with Learning to provide the right content, tools and levels of training to create new M&A product
experts (sales, and technical support)
- Prepare documents (D/O, arrival notice…), upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related documents and
ensure smooth cargo delivery.
- Make and list the business contracts signed by the company and administrative documents (Shareholder meeting,
director board, general director, ...)
- Evaluate and report business results monthly (Output, turnover, gross profit of estimation and actual construction)
- Collect information on bidding packages, the value, similar works and capacity requirements of bidding documents
- Research and record the profile of capacity requirements of company for a compact bidding document
3. Technical responsibility:
- Engage in work with Chau Thanh District Management Board for preparing proposal files as required
