Being a Good Filipino Citizen Reflection Paper

To help the moral recovery program of our own country it will always start within ourselves by
changing our mind, perception, and moral values in life. We have a lot of problems experiencing in our
lives, especially this time of pandemic, where people lose their motivation and passion. The street life in
our barangay's were down by the pandemic, making people who enjoy their time outside stay home for
their safety. Making the streets alive again by helping our neighborhood and talking to them will lessen
their stress and pressure during the pandemic. We all need someone to talk to and it all starts with the
people near us.
Being together and understanding each other makes the bond with other people stronger. Without
people understanding each other, there will be no nation that will uphold the integrity of its country, no
people that will uphold its culture, and no one will know its history. Our Filipino values made the people
of the country brave to fight the fight the pandemic. Traditional Filipino values such as respect, honesty,
and hard work made all of us stronger and fearless to face the problems of our lives.
The Philippines has an interesting history and culture that should be preserved. I would encourage
everyone to value their time with their family and respect the elderly. I would advise individuals to
discover their ancestors and learn about their culture. Traditional Filipino should be remembered by
everyone. Artists and musicians that promote Filipino culture will have my support. I would give my time
to assist in the rebuilding of areas devastated by different natural disasters. I would contribute money to
groups that aim to enhance the Philippines' quality of life. Things are not impossible with the help of
others. Everyone should help and continue to share the passion and courageousness to all people. All of
us should be proud of being Filipino because we all have the same culture and country that we should be
proud of.
