For the same reason, the actual performance of Viscolam antispattering dirty pick up
635 is strongly affected by the chemical nature of binders,
quantity and types of pigments/fillers of the formulation.
The rheological profile of Viscolam 635 makes it suitable N.B. In order to ensure a perfect dispersion, the product
as: should be pre-diluted with water (from 1 to 3 parts).
In order to achieve the best performance, the pH of the

STORAGE AND HANDLING

The product must be protected from freezing to prevent
irreversible precipitation of the polymer. The product must
be stored at a temperature between 5 and 40°C.
Once opened, the container must be closed immediately
after use.
If stored under these conditions, Viscolam 635 does not
change its properties within 12 months after the date of
production.

Additional advice:
Metal salts, such as copper, aluminium and/or iron, may
cause turbidity of Viscolam 635 solutions at high
concentrations.
Viscolam 635 is a filmogenous product. Due to the
evaporation of water from the emulsion, surfaces wetted
with Viscolam 635 could lead to skin formation (e.g. under
the cap or over the wall of the drum/IBC). This is quite
common for this kind of product and it does not affect its
quality.
However, the presence of residual skin can be removed by
filtration.

PACKAGING
Viscolam 635 is available in drums and IBC

MATERIAL SAFETY
The product is not considered dangerous according to the
EC regulation criteria 1272/2008 (CLP).
Please check the MSDS for any further detailed
information.

REGULATORY INFORMATION
The TDS is not an official declaration of compliance and
the official positioning has to be released separately and
nominally to each customer by Regulated Industry office
