RATIONALE
Even though how advanced the technology we have right now, the
skills of the leak detection in-charge are vital in both pro-active
and re-active leak detection. These skills are essential in achieving
organizational targets, particularly on non-revenue water (NRW)
management. Other skills include coordinating with other units
operating within its scope of work to gain support in delivering
respective tasks. This course is designed to acquire the basic level
knowledge and skills in operating equipment and tools used in
leak detection. This will also provide a brief orientation on the
overall management of leaks.
