4.1 Summary
This MS will be outlining the sequences and methods of works intended for loading of
containers and dismantling and remove the waste of Porto cabin from the compound.

c) Survey and measurement should be taken and marked, loading, dismantling of Porto cabins
and removal of dismantled items from the compound (waste).
d) Cable detection must be carried out to make sure no underground services.
e) Foreman & Equipment operator will check & plan the travel routes prior to demobilization.
Ensure travel routes & access to the jobsite is in good condition and free from obstruction.
f) Unauthorized person are not allowed in the work area.
g) Workers shall wear appropriate PPE for the task.
h) Supervisor/Foreman shall be present at all time during loading activity.
a) Forklift used for lifting container shall have valid competency certificate.
b) Site supervisor will conduct tool box and brief the safe loading operation,
c) Use the forklift truck only for the purpose for which it was designed.
d) Before starting the loading ‘lifting work, the assigned people must wear proper PPE and
adequate safety procedure must be implemented.
e) Barricade the marked location scheduled for loading and lifting operation with safety signage.
f) To Provide safe work during demobilization of office containers, there are consideration which
take according to weight of the container.
g) The site supervisor should prepare the site area to be clean and clear from obstruction.

a) Site supervisor will conduct tool box and brief the safe working of operation
b) Dismantle the old/damage Porto cabin with proper tools.
c) The safe removal of all existing structures such as walls, fences, drainage, water pipes
and cables.
d) All the paper, wood, concrete waste shall be removed from site
e) Safety equipment must always present and ready for immediate use.
Cabin Waste Removal - Permit shall obtain and copy must be available at site when
the activities is being done.
Loading of waste material to pick-up must observed and mentioned.
Working During Summer Time – Working direct exposed to sunlight during summer
season shall not be permitted as directed by the Qatar Labor law.
Ensure to provide proper sun shades, drinking water at site.

9.1 PERSONNEL
Supervisor / Technicians
Ensure that all activities to be done in accordance with the approved MS,
Coordinate and ensure with various levels of people at site to have a safe Working place.
To ensure that the work is carried out with minimum impact to the environment
Supervisor shall monitor site installation, conduct tool box meeting and discuss to crew
member the hazard of the activities to be done.
To contact client associated personnel in case of an accident or injury.
To provide safety induction program to workers, prior access to site
Inspect all tools before use and on a daily basis
Comply with work instructions and permits.
Keeping the work area in an orderly condition.
Wear PPE provided to them and inspect it daily.
Supervisor also ensure that loading and dismantling cabin shall be as per MS,

Ensure or verify that the load is properly secured in fork before he gives a clear
