SDP 4.1 CAREER PROJECTION

The key to achieve the career we want is to create a career plan which can guide our professional life successfully. With the help of 8 steps to an effective career plan, we can develop a
strategic plan for achieving our goals and working out the direction we want to pursue. Knowing how to set goals using the Smart framework which stands for specific, measurable,
achievable, relevant, and time-bound can help us succeed in setting and attaining our goals, no matter how small or big our goal is.

SDP 4.2 BEING A PROFESSIONAL

There are three main resume types that has been discussed in this module, each with its own strengths and uses: the chronological, the functional, and the combination. STAR framework
stands for situation, task, action and result. Using the STAR method in a resume makes it easier to clearly explain the scope of your knowledge, skills and capabilities. It help us to prepare
and response to questions in interviews.
