<HOST NIKO>

Alright! So ayan hello there! We totally do not meet around Tuesday to Thursday *strong and loud
ahem* (sound effect “laugh””cartoony sound”)

<HOST NIKO>
Anyways welcome to <podcast name>! And yeah, the reason why we’re here today is to talk about, the
importance and value of sexuality.

<HOST 2 LIAM>

That’s right Niko! We’re going to be asking our fellow classmates, the importance and value of sexuality,
but before we go into that really quick! Just wanted to say that, Thank you for tuning in, in our podcast!
It does help out a lot, and it helps that we know that you like our podcast and the info you’re getting
from us! And now let me pass the microphone to my fellow host.

<HOST NIKO>
Alright! Thank you! Liam Appreciate ya!

*both hosts laugh*

<HOST NIKO>
Anyways! So for this! We are going to talk about the importance of Gender and Sexuality from the
Gospel of Matthew! And from this gospel, we’ll answer, but before that. What can we say about the
importance and value of sexuality? For that part let me introduce our guest speaker for today *drum
roll, SANTINO!

<SANTINO>

Alright Hi guys, thanks Niko for that introduction, well what at least I can say, or everyone can say is
that, The importance of sexuality is that, it’s part of us being human. Love is a proof of importance to
sexuality, A man being committed to a female, thus wanting to create family, creating life, That’s what’s
Important! Creating life to someone is also like giving someone a onetime opportunity to living life,
Since they say you only have one life! One chance! You know what I mean?

<HOST 2 LIAM >

Ah yes, that was a wonderful explanation by the way!

<SANTINO>
Ah, Thank you!

<HOST NIKO>
Yeah that was a pretty good explanation! <SANTINO>

Again let us give him/her a round of applause! Pa-virtual clap diyan! And please paki-add ng clapping
sound effect noises diyan… *wait for 4 seconds* Ayun!

<HOST 2 LIAM>

So now coming back to the gospel, Let us read it shall we?

Matthew 5:27-29 says “You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery’. But now I tell you:
anyone who looks at a woman and wants to possess her is guilty of committing adultery with her in his
heart. So if your right eye causes you to sin, take it out and throw it away’. It is much better for you to
lose a part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into hell’.

Now coming from the gospel, my fellow hosts? What do you think about it?

<HOST NIKO>
ahem* Yes <HOST 2 LIAM>, but what does it really mean by when they said “So if your right eye causes
you to sin, take it out and throw it away”. Does that mean we literally have to remove our eyes? (sound
effect: Laugh)

<SANTINO>
<HOST NIKO> I think that it means, when our eyes are tempted by something, for example, us when we
see something that we like we are tempted to take it, we must shield our eyes so that we do not sin. The
eyes are a doorway to the mind and whatever one’s mind continually thinks on, a person will eventually
do. If a person is going to be pure, he must be intentional about guarding his eyes. This will affect the
types of movies watched, books read, and Internet sites visited.
<HOST 2 LIAM>

That is right <person 3>! But we must not just guard our eyes, we must also guard our minds. In order to
guard our minds, we must recognize ungodly thoughts by testing them against God’s Word, and then
rejecting them. David said this in Psalm 19:7: “The law of the Lord is perfect and preserves one’s life. The
rules set down by the Lord are reliable and impart wisdom to the inexperienced”. I have experienced
this already, ever since the change to ODL learning, there has been many temptations for learners like
myself, and I know that my other classmates can relate, right guys <HOST NIKO and SANTINO agree>

<HOST NIKO>

Yes, <HOST 2 LIAM> there has been a lot of temptations, I mean when we do not know something about
the class, we could easily check the browser for an answer since it is just a click away! Am I right guys
<audience agree>, and then when we watch videos about anything really, sometimes things pop up that
we know are not correct but our curiosity makes us want to click it, and I know some of us already
encountered experiences like this right guys? <audience agree>

<SANTINO>

Yes, that’s right but we have to go back to what <HOST 2 LIAM> talked about earlier, we must recognize
ungodly thoughts by testing them against God’s word and if it is wrong, we reject it.

<HOST NIKO>

Alright so guys that’s all for this episode of <name of Podcast> we hope you learned something from our
Podcast today, and do please try to apply what you learned to everyday life and help us avoid ungodly
actions. Bye and Thanks for Listening!!!

<SANTINO>

! And before you leave just another small nugget of information “Creation is entrusted to us humans,
not to exploit and use as they please, but to rule with mercy, love and real concern for the welfare of
all.” Bye guys, hope you learned something
