CONDUCT OF COACHING AND MENTORING

To: All Teachers

1. In reference to DepEd Order No.2, s. 2015 titled Guidelines on the

Establishment and Implementation of the Results-based Performance
Management System (RPMS) in the Department of education, aligned with
the Quality Management system, as part of continuous efforts to better
improve professional practice, this office announces the conduct of
coaching and mentoring for School Year 2021-2022.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Enhance teachers’ performance and provide support to professional
development through coaching and mentoring;
b. Increase the opportunity of the teachers to experience success through
support system.
3. Participants to this activity are all teachers.
4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum
is directed.
