Using Flash Fill

• A feature in Excel 2013 onwards that senses patterns and can fill in data
• Normally turned on by default but can be triggered manually

1. Press Ctrl+ E
2. Data tab-->Data tools-->Flash Fill
3. Home tab-->Editing-->Fill-->Flash Fill
