What is the difference of School and education

and training as a field of SW? (10 pts)

The difference between school and education and

training as a field of social work is when we say school
social workers, they are primary serve as an
intermediary between the home, school, and the
community in terms of direct and indirect services to
promote and educate students, families, and school
personnel to assist children in achieving academic and
social success. School social workers are mental health
specialists who can help with mental health issues,
behavioral issues, positive behavioral support,
academic and classroom support, consultation with
teachers, parents, and administrators, and individual
and group counseling/therapy. While education and
training on the other hand, same as school social
worker, they provide instructional assistance to
students and school personnel. They serve as
educators, coaches and training specialist in the
organization and academe. They are helping future
social workers to be knowledgeable and competitive.
They are called educators that help how to improve
human well-being by assisting others. To improve
clients' social functioning and connections. To
advance social work practice by utilizing research,
knowledge, and skills. By giving supervision of
students who conduct fieldwork in a variety of social
work settings, gives various chances for continued
interactions with practice.

intervention/programs/services coming from a
SWer?  (10 pts)
The following should have the most needed
intervention/programs/services coming from the
social worker or agencies (DRUG DEPENDENTS,
SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMEN, RELEASED
PRISONERS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF PSYCHIATRIC
INSTITUTIONS, OLDER PERSON, PERSONS WITH
DISABILITIES) because they are totally dysfunctional
individuals that need care, assistance, welfare, support
to live a life that it should be enjoyed. It is our highest
responsibility to ensure that persons with disabilities
have access to the life they deserve. Drug addicts are
people who come from depression or there is the
rationale behind it, we cannot easily judge them, they
have still the right to new life with proper support and
intervention. Older persons need support for their
daily life, they are vulnerable, especially this time of
the pandemic. All of them, have the right and
deserved to be treated equally and life is important
and should be celebrated whatever you are going
through and whoever you are.
