III. CONFLICT (SOLUTION)

Jafaar has feelings for Dayang-Dayang but he stops himself


because he's not a blue blood and they're not on the same class.
Years later,when they lived their separate lives, the royal family
encountered manny problems. Muramuraan raised hand against
the Christian government and was sent to prison. The conflict is Poor
vs Rich man.

IV. PLOTTING

A. INTRODUCTION

The introduction of this story is Jafaar is a harelipped boy


and young servant of a Datu and he grow with his aunt and he
admires Dayang Dayang a beautiful woman and the daughter of
the Datu Appah. He know that his not a blue blood. Jafaar cannot
fight his feelings because he was not on the same blood and he was
poor also so he know that Dayang Dayang cannot love him too.

B. RISING ACTION
Jafaar grows his feelings into Dayang Dayang when he
was a child and he always think about her and he had fallen in her
and but he did not forget that he is a not a blue blood and he was
broken after he know that Dayang Dayang is already married at
Muramuraan and they have a child named Eting.
C. CLIMAX

After seven years Jaafar went to Bonbon on business and


saw Dayang with her children. He saw that she was working and
stressed and saw that she was not used to the hard labor. Jaafar
wants to go back to Dayang, help her and take care of her
because he misses her and still loves her. Muramaaran was sent to
prison by the Christian government and all of their things where
gone.

D. FALLING ACTION
When Jafaar met Dayang Dayang in Bonbon he
saw her that she is stressed because of happened to Muramuraan
his wife and Jafaar saw her and he wants to back his feelings and to
take care of Dayang-Dayang.

E. RESOLUTION
The fact that he did not confess because he wasn't a
"blue blood" but only a servant. Also, he wanted them the kids
together with the mother he loved to live with him for the meantime
due to the reason that the husband was imprisoned. Jafaar cannot
live happy without her and he fight for his rights and he wants to
prove that he can love her even when he’s not a blue blood.
V. THEME
The story tells us the life of a Muslim when this short story is
written because of the different symbols used in the story like the
blue blood and the big astana, the bittersweet memories of Jafaar
and the appearance of the Christian Government and it is unquitted
love.

VI. MORAL OF THE STORY


The moral of the story is fight for who you love and
don’t give up in many situations and acceptance.
