DEVELOPMENT SPEC SHEET

Development spec sheet will be filled out by the TFG technologist indicating the guideline
specifications with construction guideline and technical drawing (if available) for a specific
style. This will be e-mailed to the relevant supplier

FIT REPORT SHEET

The fit report sheet will be filled out by the supplier once they have made up a first fit
sample using the development spec measurements and technical drawing with relevant
style changes.
The supplier must fill in the first fit column with the finished garment measurements.

NB! ALL CRITICAL POINTS OF MEASURE TO BE FILLED OUT PERTAINING TO THAT

STYLE.

*The supplier must ensure that the information at the top of the fit report sheet is filled out
and that the information is correct.

If you require extra graded points of measure to be added to the fit report, please add this
to the bottom of the sheet in the empty rows.

*Scroll across on the fit report sheet to the supplier comments section. Here suppliers can
communicate any comments they need to make with regards to the style or if they need to
make suggestions or point out any relevant information to the buyer and the technologist.
Please add the date all communication.

*Once the garment is fitted by the buyer and the technologist. The technologist will type up the
comments under the customer comments section.

*The technologist will also fill out the “should measure” column with the measurement changes
they require and together with the comments – it will be emailed to the supplier.

*This process will continue until the garment is approved and the measurements have been
filled in the PP Approval sample column by the supplier.

*The technologist will then fill in the “should measure” column with the final measurements
required for bulk production. These measurements will filter onto the approved graded spec
sheet.

APPROVED GRADED SPEC SHEET

The grading is to be checked by the supplier’s grader prior to production. The supplier to
confirm with Foschini technologist if they require any changes to be made to the approved
graded spec.
If no changes, it will be considered approved.

If you require extra graded points of measure to be added to the graded spec – the supplier
needs to notify the Foschini technologist the points of measure along with the grade they intend
to use for all the sizes.
