There will be 2 groups for grading:

GROUP 1: Includes sizes 6; 8; 10 and 12.

To have 21 rows (measure 18cm from top of frill to seam)

GROUP 2: Includes sizes 14, 16, 18, and 20.

To have 24 rows (measure 22cm from top of frill to seam)
