Dear Ma’am,

Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation as a third class classroom teacher at
Banganan Elementary School, my final day of employment will be on September 10, 2021.

After a period of consideration, I have decided to return to school to earn my Master’s in

Education to further improve my qualifications to enable me to have a better career prospects. I
have enjoyed my time here and am honored to have had the chance to touch the lives of so
many children. It has been as much pleasure to learn from them as it has been to teach them.

Working under your supervision was a great experience so I have no doubt of Banganan
Elementary School’s fantastic reputation will continue years into the future. Thank you for the
