Climate Change: A threat to us all

Today, one of the most talked-about topics around the world is "Climate Change," which
poses a threat to our survival on the planet. Climate change is the most important issue of our time,
and it is unfolding far faster than we anticipated. The climate of Earth has been warmer over the last
two million years for which, climate change and global warming is responsible. The rise in air
temperature causes a variety of severe changes on Earth. The reason of global warming, which causes
climate change, include deforestation, the combustion of fossil fuels, and other human activities.

Climate change poses a significant threat to global peace and security. Environmental
degradation, natural disasters, weather extremes, food and water insecurity, economic instability,
conflict, and terrorism are all caused by rising temperatures. The effects of climate change heighten
competition for resources such as land, food, and water, stoking social conflicts and, increasingly
often, resulting to mass relocation. While science proves that climate change is unavoidable, it also
proves that it is not too late to reverse the trend. New technologies and nature-based solutions will
enable us all to a cleaner, more resilient world. If governments, businesses, civil society, youth, and
academia work together, we can create a green future where suffering is diminished, justice is upheld,
and harmony is restored between people and planet.

In conclusion, there is widespread agreement that climate change is a serious problem. If we

fail to regulate greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming, or use alternative strategies for
addressing the problem, the damages could be significant, and perhaps catastrophic. Numerous
things that can be done in order to reduce this change. If we all work together, there will be a
promising future.
Speech about bullying

I would like to greet you all a pleasant morning. I am Hillary Jade Escultero. Today, I will be discussing
about Bullying which is a very abundant and serious issue. Bullying is happening everywhere and the
chances that you will encounter it are high. Bullying is an issue across our nation. You might not know
it, but the person sitting next to you could be getting bullied. They might not seem like they are
hurting, but inside they could be. Bullying can be on the internet, after school on your walk home, on
the bus, maybe even in your own household.

Bullying can have a negative impact on everyone – it is not just a problem for victims and bullies. If
you see or know of others been bullied you may feel angry, fearful, guilty, and sad.
You may feel as bad as those who are being bullied. You may also feel worried that the bullying could
happen to you.  When bullying isn’t stopped or challenged by anyone it can create an environment
where bullying is accepted and where everyone feels powerless to stop it.

If you are being bullied, you should talk to someone you know well and trust. They will give you much
needed support and will often have suggestions you hadn't considered for helping with the situation.
You might feel more comfortable taking a friend with you to talk to the bully or when seeking help. If
you are being bullied while at school, it is a good idea to seek help from a friend, or to talk to a
teacher or counsellor to see if they can help.

Always remember that You have a right to feel safe and to be treated fairly and respectfully. Bullying
is is a serious problem with serious mental and physical impacts. Bullying can violate many of your
human rights including your right to be free from mental, emotional and physical violence, your right
to education, and your right to a safe work environment.
