We understand from the captioned Company that they had already applied for the requisite
permission/clearance under section 281 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the acknowledged copy of
the said application is enclosed herewith for your records purpose. Since the obtaining Income Tax
clearance certificate is time consuming process therefore it will be delayed.

We hereby confirm and certify that the captioned Company has the no pendency of any proceedings
under this Income Tax Act before the competent tax authorities in its capacity of the assessee and
there are no dues pending for the payment of the income tax by the company to the income tax
department.
We therefore certify to proceed for the proposed security documentation/creation of charge/in
