of Mendoza's good management, it also fed up due to their clients' complaints of slip-ups under Francisco's supervision and the
clients' dissatisfaction because of their staffs inadequate experiences. Therefore, I would recommend to conduct a proper training
and orientation first to the staffs to ensure the crew's service quality especially they are dealing with customers.
