INTRODUCTION

Schooling system
Our present schooling system focuses on learning facts just to
be learnt and not to gain knowledge. We are focusing on
bookish knowledge and not in what a child world be really
interested
We must realize that all this gives students stress and
removes their interest from the subject and just makes it like
a convention which they have to do.
We should understand that this just affects the mental health
of the students and hence retards their mental growth
Not studying by heart leads to failures on paper which
demotivates students and hence they start underestimating
themselves and if they loose confidence in them then it’ll be a
dead trap because taking a person out of somewhere where that
person has been brought but themselves is impossible!
We must look out for the change in a good way for the
betterment of every single student

We should that them and must make them believe that-

You’re not alone everyone feels stressed out at times- adults,
teens and even kids ,Losing sleep worrying about test and
schoolwork? Eating on the run because your schedule is too
busy?
. But you can avoid getting too stressed out by landing
everyday pressures and problems, staying calm, asking for help
when you need it, and making time to relax.

WHAT IS STRESS?
Stress is a response to pressure or threat. Under stress we may
feel tense, nervous or on edge. The stress response is physical
and too. Stress triggers a surge of a hormone called adrenaline
that temporarily affects the nervous or stressed you might
feel your heartbreak or breathing get fast your palms get
sweaty, or your knees get shaky.

The stress response is also called the flight-or-fight
response. It’s an automatic response that prepares us to deal
with danger.
too. Stress triggers a surge of a hormone called adrenaline

The stress response is also called the flight-or-fight
response. It’s an automatic response that prepares us to deal
with danger.
But a situation doesn’t have to be physically dangerous to
activate the stress response. Everyday pressures can activate
too. Far examples you might feel stress before taking a test
opponent in a sport, or going on stage for a performance.

Even in these situations which are hardly life-or-death, the
stress response activates to help you perform well under
pressure it can help you rise to a challenge and meet it with
alertness, focus and strength. Pacing these challenges- rather
than backing away from them- is a past of learning and
growing.
When the challenge is over, the stress response lets up. You
can relax and recharge and be ready for a new challenge

“Knowledge can be gained by experimenting

rather than learning the results” – our current
schooling system focus directly on learning
facts and not looking out for the logics behind
it. Nobody, ever thought that learning without
interest just gives students mental stress! If,
for instance, the fear of failing an examination
stops you from learning new things,
Living in a judgmental society and facing
failure kills your self confidence and the
feeling of not having confidence in your own
self might hide you from showcasing your
abilities in front of the world. Sometimes, it
may also slow down your brain processing and
reacting to the environment around you.

Every experiment is like an another opportunity

to fail but it gives birth to the creativity,
being a biology student it increases the
efficiency of our frontal lobe and relaxes our
parietal lobe from pressure.
Stress stimulates our adrenal gland to release
“cortisol”- the stress hormone which constricts
our blood vessels and hence increases our blood
pressure.
Which can lead to several medical complication.

Our present schooling system pressurises

students to learn dates, and usual facts like
learning about various battles for example-
battle of water loo and the Russian revolution
etc, but the fact is that one must look out for
the logic why were these revolutions and wars
happening and why were people trying to kill
each other !

We need to understand that experimentation

leads to inventions, we should encourage
experimental subjects in schools which involves
direct interaction of students within their
peers and the teachers.
I agree that all subjects are necessary for
overall development of students but atleast we
must know what’s the logic behind every story
behind every incident!

We must choose for and education system which

involves students both mentally and physically
which will increase their interest in the subject,
this can be done by integrating field trips ,
extra co curriculum, interactions etc

This has to be taken under consideration that the

grade based mentality plays with the innocent
minds of students and burdens them with stress
which makes them doubt themselves leading to
depression, anxiety and the main problem is that
we do not share it with anyone and bottling
feelings increases it further therefore this
grading system has to to should be replaced by a
knowledge base.

It’s very well said –

“Bookish facts makes you learnt but,
Experimentation makes you wise……”
STUDENT’s REFLECTION

During the course of my project, I’ve introspect that

current schooling pattern focuses more on the
factual knowing rather than focusing on the logic or
the cause. Which kills the creativity of innocent
brains and loads them with lots of stress Which can
lead to severe mental, physical as well as emotional
health problems. We. Should focus on enhancing the
creativity and logic building which creates interest
in students towards schooling and studies . One must
also know how to deal with the stress as life is all
about dealing and winning over problems without
taking stress . We should not panic about how to deal
with the situations and take stress instead believe in
ourselves to achieve the almost .
