ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL USE AGREEMENTS WITHIN PROTECTED AREAS (SAPA)

SAPA is a binding instrument between the DENR through the Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) as the first party, and a
second party as defined in Section 7 of DAO 2007-17
