An enterprise and private person developing any kind of subdivision projects above mentioned is required to
secure a Preliminary Approval of Locational Clearance/Development prior sale of subdivision lots of their project.
This should be done before the start of the land development to ensure that the project is compliant with the
provision of Executive Order 71, Presidential Decree 957 and Batas Pambansa 220 (Subdivision & Condominium
Buyers Protective Decree) and is in conformity with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance of
the municipality.

start of construction to ensure that the construction/building is allowed in the chosen location and is in conformity
with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance of the municipality.
