Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court with effect from 24 December 2021.

• The Reserve Bank of India extended the card-on-file (CoF) tokenization

deadline by 6 months to June 30, 2022, the earlier deadline was December
31, 2021.
• भारतीय ररजवि बैंक िे काडि -ऑि-फाइल (CoF) टोकि की समय सीमा को 6 महीिे बढाकर
30 जूि, 2022 कर र्िया, पहले की समय सीमा 31 र्िसंबर, 2021 थी।

Alliance of India (MPAI) and the Alliance of Digital India Foundation
(ADIF), voiced their concerns over industry readiness.

What are Self Help Groups (SHGs)?

• Self Help Groups are groups of 10-20 people in a locality formed for any social
or economic purpose. Most of the SHGs are formed for the purpose of better
financial security among its members. SHGs can exist with or without
registration.

All About Kanya Sumangala Yojana

• The Mukhya Mantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana is a flagship scheme launched

on 25 October 2019 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh for families with girl
child/children.
• Under the scheme, every family where a girl child is born will receive
Rs.15,000 and to get the benefit, the parents must take proper care of the
child concerning her education and health.

Features of the Kanya Sumangala Yojana

• The amount under the scheme will be released in various phases when the girl
child reaches certain milestones such as birth, vaccination, admission to
grades 1,5, 9, and graduation.
• Only girl children born after 1 April 2019 are eligible to receive the full amount.
• Girl children born before 1 April 2019 are also eligible to avail benefits under
the Kanya Sumangala Yojana, but they will receive only a portion of the fund.
For such children, the date will be used as a cut-off to determine other levels.
• The amount will be transferred directly to the beneficiary’s account.

• It was the first of the indigenously built Missile Corvettes.

1989.
